Which payment providers are supported?
We support VNPAY, Momo, ZaloPay, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), bank transfers, and cash. New providers are added regularly.
How does auto-reconciliation work?
Each transaction is tagged with its payment method and reference. When settlement data arrives from your bank or provider, we match them automatically and flag any discrepancies.
Are there any transaction fees from PMBH?
No. PMBH doesn't charge any transaction fees. You only pay the standard fees from your payment provider (bank, VNPAY, etc.).
Can I track settlement timelines per provider?
Yes. Each provider has its own settlement cycle. You can see pending, in-transit, and settled amounts per provider, with expected arrival dates.
