Security

Overview

Security is foundational to PMBH. We handle sensitive business data — sales, payments, inventory, and customer information — and we take that responsibility seriously. This page describes the measures we take to protect your data.

Infrastructure Security

PMBH is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade physical security, redundant power and networking, and regular third-party audits. Our Kubernetes clusters are configured with network policies, pod security standards, and automated patching.

Data Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Sensitive data at rest — including payment information and credentials — is encrypted using AES-256. Database backups are encrypted and stored in geographically separate locations.

Access Control

We follow the principle of least privilege. Internal access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication and is logged. Role-based access control (RBAC) ensures team members only access what they need.

Monitoring & Incident Response

We monitor our systems 24/7 for anomalies, unauthorized access attempts, and performance issues. Our incident response process includes automated alerting, defined escalation paths, and post-incident reviews.

Compliance

PMBH complies with Vietnamese data protection regulations and international standards. We are working toward formal security certifications and conduct regular internal and external security assessments.

Responsible Disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability in PMBH, we appreciate your help in disclosing it responsibly. Please report vulnerabilities to security@nxseller.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and work with you to address the issue.
