To use PMBH, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

You may use PMBH only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Intellectual Property
PMBH and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PMBH and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PMBH be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
